Spanish guitarist and composer José Almarcha leads an authentic flamenco ensemble featuring accomplished dancer Magdalena Mannion and versatile percussionist Demi García Sabat, with guest artist Andre JaJa on electric piano. Almarcha studied at Córdoba Conservatory of Music under legendary flamenco masters including Paco Serrano and Niño de Pura, and has accompanied renowned dancers such as Olga Pericet, Marco Flores and Antonio Canales. His recent album Alejandra has garnered critical acclaim, and he has recently collaborated with celebrated flamenco singer Carmen Linares.
An afternoon masterclass in flamenco guitar (5pm–6:30pm) precedes the evening concert (7:30pm), offering guitarists the opportunity to refine their technique under Almarcha's guidance. Ticket options include the show alone or a combined masterclass and show package.
