A safe, confidential space for people aged 18-35 to share experiences, reduce stress and work through life's challenges together. Held monthly on the 4th Sunday at Charing Cross Library, these peer-led meetings combine open discussion with therapeutic arts activities focused on topics like anger, forgiveness, self-confidence, family dynamics and conflict resolution.
The session begins with time to voice your concerns, then moves into themed exercises designed to build self-awareness and encourage personal growth. Participation in activities is entirely optional—simply attending is valuable. All materials are provided, and you are welcome to bring a friend if that helps you feel more comfortable (notify organisers in advance).
