Swami Chidrupananda Giri brings an introduction to Kriya Yoga, an ancient spiritual practice centred on self-realisation through the union of individual and Supreme Self. The weekend programme begins with an introductory lecture on Friday evening, followed by initiation and practical training in the techniques of Kriya Yoga on Saturday and Sunday.
Kriya Yoga is a transformative path that aims to elevate physical consciousness into Divine consciousness. Initiation—given by an authorised teacher—purifies and energises the body and is essential to practise the techniques. Participants may experience Divine Light, Vibration and Sound during meditation. The programme includes guided initiation, technique instruction, meditation sessions, and question-and-answer discussions. Vegetarian Asian meals are provided both days; dietary requirements can be accommodated if you bring your own meal.
Schedule: Friday 7:00–8:30 pm (introductory lecture); Saturday 8:30 am–5:30 pm (registration, initiation, technique explanation, meditation and lunch); Sunday 9:30 am–4:00 pm (Q&A, technique revision, teachings, meditation and lunch).
