Join a weekly ecstatic dance experience designed for free-form movement and self-connection. Every Wednesday, dancers gather for a two-hour session fuelled by live DJ sets and guided by an opening and closing circle. The practice combines elements of meditation, community and uninhibited movement to electronic, world and organic beats.
The evening runs from 18:30 with optional cacao, followed by an opening circle and warm-up at 19:10, the main dance from 19:35 to 21:15, and a closing circle. Dancers must arrive by 19:10 and observe key guidelines: dancing barefoot and non-verbally, no phones or shoes in the dance area, and a mindful, sober approach to the practice. A cafe and hang-out space is available for socialising outside the dance floor.
Special guest DJs rotate through the line-up, including residents and international conscious dance producers. Children under 12 can attend free (subject to availability) and are welcome to join with supervision.
