Explore what "home" truly means through an evening of short documentaries examining themes of belonging, identity, and displacement. Four compelling films offer intimate perspectives on migration and connection: War & Honey follows Ukrainian soldiers rebuilding their lives, El Regreso tracks a DREAMER's return to Mexico and the relationships left behind, Jacob's House investigates how we define domestic space, and Taking Back Our Homes documents locals resisting short-term tourist rentals in their communities.
Arrive early for light refreshments and conversation before the screening. After the films conclude, filmmakers discuss their work in a moderated Q&A session led by journalist Suyin Haynes.
