An evening celebrating author Audrey Niffenegger's sequel to her acclaimed novel The Time Traveler's Wife. Life Out of Order follows Alba De Tamble, a time traveller who, like her father, slips unpredictably through decades. Torn between two loves—Zach, who cannot follow her through time, and Oliver, who can—Alba must navigate a fractured world across riot-torn Chicago streets, a mysterious Yellow House, a digital museum of lost memories, and a flooded future London, all while facing the impossible question of how to love meaningfully when time itself is running out.
Audrey Niffenegger will be in conversation with Steven Moffat, a writer and producer known for Sherlock, Doctor Who, and the television adaptation of The Time Traveler's Wife. Expect an engaging discussion of the new novel and its themes.
The Book & Ticket option includes a signed copy of Life Out of Order and an exclusive pin badge collected on the night. No book signing will take place at this event.
