An adults-only evening of curated spoken word performances exploring themes of desire, fantasy and erotica. Hosted by Lady Velvet™, a professionally trained dominatrix and skilled storyteller, this intimate event combines live readings with a sensual atmosphere — low lighting, decadent cocktails, food and seductive music from a live DJ.
This is not an open mic. Every performer is hand-selected to deliver bold, thought-provoking material. The third edition of Velvet After Dark™ returns after two sold-out runs, offering an elegant, seated setting designed for you to relax, listen and surrender to narratives that embrace desire, kink, humour and curiosity. Expect to blush, laugh, and perhaps take notes.
Held at HOF Lounge & Event Space, 31A Perry Vale, London, SE23 2AR on Wednesday 4 November.
