An afterschool wellbeing programme for children aged 5 and upwards that combines breathwork and movement to foster confidence, emotional balance and mindfulness. Each session teaches children how to use their breath as a tool for managing stress, improving concentration, supporting better sleep and developing emotional resilience.
The club also provides social time and opportunities to make friends in a supportive, accessible environment. Children bring their own snacks and can use these techniques at home as part of their daily wellbeing routine.
Led by Lesley Collinson, an experienced educator and breathwork specialist with over 24 years in teaching and a track record of delivering the programme to over 5000 children. She also teaches family yoga at the King's Gallery Buckingham Palace and local community groups.
