Bonkale Photography presents an intimate photographic journey capturing recent travels to the Democratic Republic of Congo. This carefully curated exhibition of 20 to 25 striking images invites art lovers, diaspora members and the wider public into a visual exploration of Congolese life and landscape.
The collection spans four thematic strands: dynamic football culture from Stade des Martyrs in Kinshasa; intimate portraits of everyday life along the Congo River and in Kinkole; wildlife and natural conservation from Parc de la Vallée de la N'Sele and Lola ya Bonobo Sanctuary; and the vibrant traditional patterns of liputa textiles. The exhibition becomes a full evening celebration, complemented by live traditional music and authentic Congolese cuisine.
Displayed works will be available for purchase in A1 and A2 formats.
