This conference brings together professionals and students working in encephalitis research, diagnosis and care. Sessions are available both in-person at the Royal College of Physicians in London and online, with recorded access available for 60 days after the event for registered participants.
Student registration is available at a reduced rate for those enrolled in recognised undergraduate, postgraduate or pre-registration professional programmes. Participants from low and lower-middle-income countries (as classified by the World Bank) can register for free — virtual places are open to all eligible applicants, while in-person tickets in this category require direct contact with the organisers. An optional festive lights walking tour of London's Christmas displays is also available on Monday 7 December from 6:30–8:30 pm for conference delegates; spaces are limited.
