Dance together as a family at this festive rave experience designed for parents and children. DJ Aphrodite, a jungle legend, brings old school beats and club sounds — spanning techno, acid house, UK garage, house, jungle and drum and bass — to create an energetic dancefloor atmosphere. This is not a children's party with nursery rhymes; it's a genuine club environment scaled for families, with professional DJs performing as they would at established venues and festivals worldwide.
Expect multi-sensory entertainment: glitter cannons, bubbles, giant balloons and a parachute dance finale keep the energy high. Craft activities, face painting by Doxa Faces, a snow machine, and a licensed bar round out the experience. Big Fish Little Fish has won eight Audience Choice Prizes at the Family Arts Festival Awards and has performed at Glastonbury Festival and the V&A Museum.
The event is standing-room throughout (limited seating), with low lighting but no strobes. Music plays at safe volumes monitored to WHO guidelines, making it comfortable even for babies in slings. Buggies must be left in a buggy park. Dress code is optional festive fancy dress — jingle all the way!
