KazzumCon 26 brings together community leaders, fundraisers and freelance practitioners to explore trauma-informed approaches to working with young people. The conference focuses on developing communication strategies that centre young people's voices, agency and wellbeing — ensuring their stories are told ethically and their perspectives are genuinely valued.
The day combines keynote conversations, panel discussions, hands-on workshops and peer learning opportunities. Key topics include the fundamentals and necessity of evaluation, trauma-informed evaluation practices, the role of arts-based methodologies in shaping ethical evaluation, decolonising evaluation frameworks, measuring organisational impact, and building collective knowledge and resources.
Kazzum Arts will also launch the Trauma-informed Creative Health Network at this event, designed to strengthen capacity, foster partnerships, enhance training, share best practices and develop advocacy resources for trauma-informed practice in creative and community settings.
The organisers are committed to accessibility and welcome advance notice of any requirements to support your participation.
