A full-day professional conference bringing together psychometricians, HR and L&D professionals, people analytics specialists, and academic researchers to explore best practice in psychometric assessment design and validation. The theme this year is Innovation through Validation, focusing on how closer collaboration across disciplines can lead to more robust and relevant assessments.
The programme features case studies and practical examples of bespoke assessments from various industries, with sessions covering topics such as psychometrics in an AI-driven world, measuring psychological safety, team assessment effectiveness, leadership development, AI skills measurement, and personality-based personalisation. Confirmed speakers include Kate Young, Alex Myers, Juliette Alban-Metcalf, Mark Powell, Ali Shalfrooshan, Adrian Furnham and others.
The day includes interactive discussions, group activities and networking opportunities, plus a pre-conference networking call for attendees. Breakfast, lunch, refreshments and snacks are provided. Online access is available for remote participants, and all registrants receive access to recordings of the Making the Most of Personality in Coaching course.
An optional PSYPUB social gathering takes place in central London on 12 November following the conference.
